Because of its close proximity to the Belize Barrier Reef, Leonardo DiCaprio dropped $1.2 million on his Blackadore Cay island back in 2006. Off the coast of the Caribbean Sea, the home is now worth $3.6 million. He plans to open an eco-resort shortly that’s been in development for years.
